This pizza has a very long title and SOUNDS all kinds of crazy and complex but please don’t let that scare you from making it. I feel like I ventured out just a teeny bit with the flavor profile on this recipe- and I am SO happy with how it turned out!!
The smokiness of the tandoori onions with the tartness of the goat cheese and the sweetness of the butternut squash is just pure perfection. I ate one of these for lunch and then two of them for dinner!
I had some naan on hand – Stone Fire is my favorite and Costco sells the mini ones which are GREAT if you can get your hands on them. I’m also a huge fan of Brooklyn Bred, but feel free to use whatever base you like.
If you have some Mike’s Hot Honey on hand, it would be SOOO good drizzled on top of this- or even some balsamic glaze!!
If you have leftover goat cheese- use it as a spread in panini/sandwich !
Happy Eating ?

Can you sub a Boursin cheese instead of the goat?
yes that would be delish!
What other cheese is a good substitute for goat cheese? (Don’t like the taste of goat cheese)
I am so going to try this during the Thanksgiving weekend!
Thanks for the recipe!
Hey You could mix a little bit of feta with cream cheese!
