Creamy Pesto Rigatoni with Chili Garlic Breadcrumbs is the pasta recipe you didn’t know you needed. I love all things green and pesto has always been a way for me to enjoy my favorite leafy greens and pack in ALL the herbs. This pesto is super easy to make because all of the ingredients get tossed in the food processor and its where so much of the flavor is! The recipe doesn’t require a lot of chopping of veggies and I added some cream in it because I love a good creamy pesto (versus one based with more oil).
Feel free to swap out your pasta shape, I think a bow tie, penne, or even a fettuccini would work amazing in this recipe ! You could also use half & half or coconut milk in place of the cream !
