Woo Hoo!! It’s July and I’m I’m back with my monthly baby favorites! Make sure you’ve already checked out June’s Favorite Baby Things, too! Shaan is 5 months and is keeping us so busy! He loves exploring everything with not only his eyes but also his hands which means many of this month’s favorites are toys! It’s hard to find items that are safe for a 5 month old so I hope this helps my fellow mommies! Scroll through to see what we’ve been loving for Baby Shaan! ?
SKIP HOP ACTIVITY CENTER
This is not a walker, it’s stationary and I love that it grows with the baby and eventually turns into a table for them! Shaan LOVES this as he hasn’t enjoyed laying down so much. All of the items around the rim can be removed and the seat pops out so you can wash it!
BABY MARACAS
My little guy has SUCH a tight grip these days so he LOVES grabbing on to these and shaking them!Colorful rattle beads, rattle sounds and soft pom-pom textures help stimulate baby’s senses. Grasping and shaking the maracas helps strengthen gross motor skills.
BALL ACTIVITY TOY
It’s hard to find a lot of stuff for a 5 month old child to play with but this ball keeps Shaan entertained all day! The chunky-sized bumps on the ball encourage reaching, grasping, and transferring from one hand to the other, developing baby’s motor skills!
HUGGIES OVERNIGHT DIAPERS
Ok, so in my defense, I don’t really go to the store often because almost everything gets delivered from Target & Amazon these days. When a friend mentioned overnight diapers to me- I was like wait..what?! Thats a thing?! My little guy is sleeping through the night so that’s a LONG time to go without a diaper change- these have been a game changer for us!
HOODED BATH TOWELS
I didn’t know I needed new bath towels for the baby until I tried these! Not only are they adorable, but they are also incredibly soft, absorbent and they’re nice and long so they really wrap around for a good cozy fit! I promise you will not be dissapointed!
Crawling Bee Toy
This is such a FUN TOY! If your little one is crawling, or you want to encourage them to crawl this rolling bee will do the trick! It goes around in circles, plays music, and lights up – keeping the baby incredibly entertained! We absolutely love it and so does Shaan!
