Hi! Are we adding the chicken raw or precooked?

If we wanted to make this spicy should we use Indian red chili powder or green chilies?

Hey! Not sure if this is still helpful but you could use a little bit of canned tomato sauce, or some fresh pureed tomatoes as well!
