GREEN GARLIC BREAD! If you follow this blog of mine regularly, you have probably come to know how much I love anything with jalapeños and cilantro! Lately, I’ve been wanting to make a “go to” version of garlic bread and decided I wanted to add a little pizazz to it ! So, I made a garlic bread dressed in this green goodness!!! You could also just make the blend of herbs and use it as a dip or spread instead!
I also really wanted to top this off with some shredded mozzarella but didn’t have any on hand so I shredded some fresh pecorino romano on top instead! However, I think some mozzarella on top, browned up a little bit in the oven would be SO GOOD! I will definitely make it with mozzarella next time!

What can you sub for cilantro if you don’t have it on hand? Do you think Spinach would work (it won’t bring the same fresh lemon/herb flavor). Any ideas?
