1. Masala Turkey Burgers with Tandoori Onions & Cilantro Jalapeño Sauce
Prepare the meat mixture and form them into patties 24 hours in advance. Place the patties in a container with strips of parchment paper in between to keep them from sticking to one another. Then you can throw them right on the grill! Toss the ingredients for the tandoori onions in a foil pan and leave on the top rack of your grill to slowly let them cook! Make the Cilantro Jalapeño Sauce 2 days ahead and store in a squeeze bottle for less mess!

Great because it requires no heating or cooking!! The chutneys and fried tortillas can be prepared up to three days in advance. Leave all of the toppings out in bowls and everyone can assemble their own chaat bowls!!

This is a great hearty vegetarian option! You can slice up the eggplant through on the grill and make the pistachio pesto and garlic chutney the day before!
5. Caprese Toasts
Hearty bread like ciabatta works great on the grill with a bit of butter !! You can marinate the tomato mixture in the morning and then put together these toasts on hot grilled bread with mozzarella!!

If you’re not one for the heat but want to still make something fun and delicious, this falafel recipe will not disappoint! Make the sauces a day or two ahead and don’t forget the masoor dal needs to soak overnight!

I love one or two hearty, nongrilled sides when I’m at a bbq. This queso and shells are perfect as a side to chicken or if you’re vegetarian, cozy up with a nice big bowl- warning- you will want to nap after! lol

This is one of those recipes that is great to pre-make and leave out on the table for your family to snack and munch on until the real meal is ready! It’s so zesty and if you don’t have the fried peanuts it calls for, regular peanuts work great too! You could even make this with my curry cashews!

Slice up some sourdough bread, throw it on the grill with a bit of oil and then top it off with the corn mixture (can be pre-made a few hours ahead) and then let it melt quickly for a few minutes on the grill! I dare you to stop after just one!

You know I love me a good BATCH cocktail- meaning you can make one big ol pitcher and not have to make yourself or your loved ones a single drink at a time. Make the ginger syrup a day or two ahead and keep in the refrigerator! These are refreshing af!
13. 30 Minute Mediterranean Flatbreads
Delicious, fresh and SO EASY. You can buy store-bought hummus, and even buy some tabouleh from a local restaurant and make this into an EVEN easier meal!
